3 months old

We have been up to a lot since our last update. Wyatt got a new friend and cousin...

Henry Hyde Hale "Hank"...                                                   and Jeffrey Dayton Taylor, Jr. "Coco"

We did a road trip and vacation in Camp Verde with Aunt Katie. Her and Wyatt had a lot to talk about.

Wyatt murderd Mr. Tucan from his playmat. Look at that guilty face. He has been so active and talkative on his playmat lately. We just sit and listen to him find his voice. He loves to chomp on his hands too.

In Camp Verde, Grandma Miller made him belly laugh. It was so cute.

He touched his first grass. I think he kinda liked it.

Then....he got sick. A cold led to an ear infection, which led to lots of cuddle time, and lots of medicine time, and sleeping in his swing so he could breathe. But he still managed to give me some good smiles in the bumbo chair and the bjorn. He's wearing 6 months clothes and growing by the minute.

Wyatt's Blessing Day

Wyatt was blessed by his father in our home on February 4, 2012

Ben's sister and brother traveled across state lines to make it. Thank you Kev and Deanne for sparing them for a little bit!

It was a beautiful blessing which brought a special spirit into our home.

A few "firsts" around here

Here are Wyatt's first few life experiences around here. He is growing at an incredible rate and is really aware of Ben and I. It is so fun and we are grateful for a healthy, growing baby boy. We'll keep him!

Blowout

Sponge Bath - sound asleep!

Big Bath - which he loves.
The only time he has cried (screamed his brains out) was when I doused him in freezing cold water thinking it was warm. He yelled at me.

Photoshoot by Shelby

Shelby has an amazing camera and a good eye so I was excited she wanted to snap some pictures of Wyatt. He was 3 weeks old in these pictures. He has the most sparkling eyes. Every little feature about him is perfect. Thank you Shelby for capturing these sweet moments! Anyone else with a fancy camera (coughLoricough) is welcome to come oogle at my baby anytime.
