This was the beginning of the eye mystery last night. I have been sick since last Friday off and on. My symptoms have been all the usual of the flu and now I am left with a painfully sore throat, man voice and a baggy pink eye. I call it my weepy one.
Above was early this morning when I awoke with one functioning eye. I had put drops in it before bed and woke up in the middle of the night trying to go to the bathroom with 2D vision. Now I know how hard it must have been for Tom Cruise's character to try and assassinate Hitler in Valkyrie with an eye patch. How's that for stunning, Colton? Pa!
This was after I put a hot cloth on it to try and get the gunk off and out of the my eyelashes. Then I could finally open it!
Here I am as we speak. I'm pretty sure its pink eye, don't you? By the way it snowed all night and morning. I let Paisley out to run and she was sliding around it was hilarious. The freezing rain made a nice hard layer over the snow so she would run and slide and then if she slowed down she would punch a hole in it. I really like the snow and getting bundled up to enjoy it but I am sick and stuck inside.

Sadly I'm going to have to say that it is pink eye. That goopy feeling where you can't open your eye in the morning is the big sign. And you are cooking me dinner right now while I use your computer which is why this comment says Cait and Ben but is really from Lori
I'm so sad you're sick, I'm feelin' yah right now with the flu bug and all. I've asked Kev to just put me out of my misery but he won't oblige. Hope you feel better soon!
So I dreamed the other day that I was bitten by a red and blue macaw in the eyelid. It pinched my eye closed and wouldn't let go.
A couple of days later, my eyelid went all red and puffy, too.
I think you may have been attacked by a zombie nocturnal parrot.
I am glad to say I have never had pink eye (knock on wood) it looks terrible!! Not you, just the pink eye part.
I am so happy that you posted again so I didn't have to look at that green boogery picture. I was eating cereal in the office when I looked at it and that was not good!
